I have visited this salon several times during my transition from the previous owners who were exceptional. However, I have consistently been disappointed by their poor customer service. Upon entering the salon, I find the staff unapproachable, and despite having no other customers, they seem disinterested in my presence. Additionally, they do not take the time to understand my requests, resulting in unsatisfactory outcomes. The staff often speak in their own language, which is not only rude but also unprofessional. They seem more interested in socialising with each other, neglecting the hygiene of the salon and leaving hair scattered on the floor. Furthermore, the way they handle my hair is too rough, causing me discomfort. Due to these experiences, I have decided not to return to this salon. For the price they are charging, I expect better customer service. It's disappointing to receive such subpar service despite paying a premium. I believe that good customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, especially in the beauty industry, where clients expect to feel pampered and cared for. Unfortunately, this salon fails to meet those expectations, and it's not worth the cost. Services: Hairstyling, Balayage, Blowdry
