Amazing service. Helen was incredible from the start, she made what was such an emotional time, loosing my most precious Mum seem less difficult. She enabled me to perfectionize, what I wanted and the personal touches appeared seamless. Helen communicated fully with me throughout. The order of service was wonderful. Caroline (A. Seaward & Sons Funeral Directors) was my funeral director for my father's funeral (R.I.P DAD ). From the moment I contacted this funeral parlour and spoke to Caroline, I knew that Caroline was the right person to proceed with the funeral arrangements for my father. I found Caroline to be an excellent listener (listens to her client's wishes for their loved one, and gives caring and thoughtful guidance throughout this painful process). I found Caroline extremely understanding, flexible, easy to contact, very approachable and warm always giving me a gentle smile and thoughtful and kind words when needed), Caroline is honest, supportive and professional. From the moment Eileen answered the door, to the very end, Seawards offered exemplary service and I was completely satisfied. They offered us good options at what seemed a reasonable price.
