After a VERY long winded and drawn out sale due to the circumstances surrounding the estate which was being dealt with, we found Criena and her team absolutely amazing. From the initial viewing of the property, her portfolio of clients, feedback, correspondence and the finer details which enabled us to make informed and sometimes, time sensitive decisions with the confidence we had the most up to date information. I would not hesitate to recommend Heritage Estates to anyone - in particular, very good at dealing with complex deceased estates/probate.

I cannot praise Criena's effort highly enough. Ours was a difficult sale of a house that was in very poor condition. Due to delays in obtaining probate 2 buyers pulled out, each time requiring to engage and negotiate with a new set of potential buyers. We finally were able to complete the sale with a 3rd buyer, at the best possible price in the current conditions. I cannot begin to imagine how much time and effort Criena put into this sale, all the time taking the time to keep our family up to date. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
