Please do not use and we will never use again. Box was shipped with pampers for eldery patient plus other stuff like toothpaste and toothbrushes. The one food item was a christmas pudding again for the patient. After 8 weeks we were contacted with London office wanting a further sum of money supposedly to pay to Customs as a tax for food items-even though this was supposed to be a door to door with all taxes and duties included. With no option but to pay, the payment was made. The company is well aware that the customers are at their mercy once goods are shipped, particularly if the goods are awaited in Sri Lanka. After the monies spent on the purchase and the shipping costs the customer cannot now say forget it and absorb a further loss. It is a ransom. This is unacceptable and very unethical business practices.
