I never had an issue with a doctors or receptionists, In fact I'm very happy about the surgery. Mrs and Mr Reddy helped me quite a lot, also East Asian lady whos name I dont know.

Hi, Im register with this surgery and Im asthmatic I did call today for the appointment as my ( inhaler ) is about to finished and its not effective at all and I have to request a doctor to change it as I have breathing issue in the night and when I wake up . And Receptionist ( SALIS ) said send us an email and your ( asthma checkup ) is due so come in 1 hour I said you just giving me 1 hour notice as Im at work I will be there in 1hour 15minutes and she then book an appointment for 2 weeks . I said I need to change my inhaler she said send us an email . My question was how doctor and prescribed different inhaler whiteout examine my condition. I told her its important as Im ( asthmatic) I could be dead . She said dont worry ( you cant be doe in 2 weeks ) Just book an appointment. And she put the phone down on me and cut the call . well done guys. Thanks for the hospitality. I think its time to report to the awarding body and change the surgery . Now the surgery staff is not helpful at all . Old staff was really good .

Negligent Handling of Urgent Medical Treatment by Dr. Reddy and The Vale Surgery: A Concerning Experience I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience with The Vale Surgery and Dr. Reddy. My primary goal is to inform others who may seek medical assistance at this facility and to advocate for patient rights and well-being. My initial request for urgent medical assistance was met with indifference, and my citizenship was questioned. I attempted to provide confirmation via email, but The Vale Surgery persistently ignored my correspondence. This negligent behavior not only caused damage to my health but also demonstrated an utter lack of empathy and professionalism. My interaction with Dr. Reddy was equally distressing. He exhibited a concerning misunderstanding of a common medication, equating it to a very different medication and refused to prescribe it, despite its importance for my health. Furthermore, he hung up on me mid phone call, and ignored my emails, leaving my concerns unaddressed. Given these experiences, I have decided to file a formal complaint with the NHS about the treatment I received at The Vale Surgery and by Dr. Reddy. It is my responsibility to ensure that other patients do not endure the same unprofessionalism and negligence. In conclusion, I strongly encourage those seeking medical care to consider alternatives to The Vale Surgery. The level of service provided at this facility is, in my experience, unacceptable and potentially harmful to patient health and well-being. Dr. Reddy should seriously consider changing to a job less reliant on people skills, or a career he feels more passionate about.

Worst doc, receptionist, waiting times. Is a shambles even if you have an appointment you will wait between 45-60 mins to be seen, sometimes more! And they have the cheek to advertise for new patients! They cant even deal with the ones they have! If you can avoid.
