        As a landlord I would give this company a miss. Trashed flat - 3k to repair the bathroom, unpaid electricity bills, no notice for handback - infact 4 hours for one property! Charging very high repair costs, supplying & fitting unbranded goods that don't work. Bully boy tactics. Disgusting. Avoid.
