They increased my rent now Im paying an extra 1,000 a year. They keep increasing it and its not fair on their tenets.

Many reviews point to the fact that Ben has been professional in helping tenants get the properties they want. However, once you have moved in and deal with issues related to what happens in the property, the experience is not satisfying. Based on experiences faced by myself and few colleagues that are with Acre Properties, complaints raised to Ben fell unto deaf ears. Issues would be raised and apparently, they "will deal with it". Although we had a chance to discuss this with him, we do not gain sights of how it is actually being resolved. It just looks like he gives us the opportunity to complain but no follow up action afterwards. As a result, we just feel ignored. I don't think I can trust the management to manage the property. We are planning to leave as a result and will avoid Acre Properties in the future.

Ben has delivered a good service. He assessed the flat. He made the appropriate fixtures. Ben has been a good manager to me. God bless him.

Excellent property management. I lived in one of their properties for three and a half years, issues were responded to and resolved in a timely manner and it was overall a positive experience. I would rent with them again and I recommend the same to others.
