Reliant have come round to my elderly dad's house twice to fix issues with his kitchen sink & bathroom shower. They've always been bang on-time for appointments & great with communication, which is really appreciated. Also very fair pricing & good at explaining problems / fixes in a way I could understand. Highly recommended!

We've asked Reliant to do work over the past few years starting with sorting out another plumber's bad work, which was done really well. So when we were completely renovating our new home, had no hesitation in asking them to renovate the entire plumbing and heating system. It was a pretty big job including two bathrooms, new boiler, new hot water tank, moving expansion valve, assessin, improving and complementing existing pipework, installing 20 new cast iron radiators. All the work was done to a very high standard, the billing was prompt and clear, and any questions we had were answered clearly and thoughtfully. Highly recommend! Our new to us house needed extensive refurbishment. First on the list was to replace the ancient floor standing gas boiler in the kitchen, remove the cylinder and relocate everything into the loft. I broadly knew what I wanted and I was aware that my area suffered low water pressure in the summer. I contacted Reliant and Ricky spent time talking through the options and we arrived at a system that met all my needs. Once Id accepted Reliants quote, Rickys booked me in and he arrived at the agreed time every day and put a proper shift in. The layout of the finished installation looks very neat and impressive. Ive now been using the installation for about 6 months and as expected during the recent hot weather, the water pressure in the area has dropped to a level where you notice a lower pressure in the shower. The system Ricky designed allows the pressure in the system to be increased during this period which is exactly what I wanted. Ricky knows his stuff and I would recommend him for his engineering capability and the quality of his finished work. Service: Water heater installation
