Esska Shop

I ordered a pair of Esska shoes for my wedding. I was initially sent someone else's order with a pair of copper shoes when I contacted them about it they agreed to return my delivery fee and give me 10% off the shoes and sent me a return label to return the shoes that were sent mistakenly. I ordered the shoes to be delivered to my house because with a wedding, and starting a new job it is currently a very busy time in my life. I do not have a printer at home and with everything else going on printing this label and completing the return was not at the forefront of my mind. Within 8 days (5 working days) I had received three emails asking if I had posted the copper shoes yet. Having to reply to these emails explaining that I had not had time to post the shoes as it was inconvenient and I was unhappy with the implication that I may just be holding onto the extra pair of shoes. This is not the level of customer service I expected when buying from Esska. Esska only processed my partial refund after I emailed to prompt them eight days after I had returned the shoes. This normally wouldn't bother me, but in the same period of time they had harassed me multiple times to go to the post office and return the shoes, but were now struggling to process a simple refund. So while the shoes are nice I would not recommend Esska to a friend.

Absolutely gorgeous shoes, that fit amazing! Popped into the Acton store today and the ladies could not have been more helpful. Love my new shoes thank you very much :-)

During and after Covid I wore trainers and yoga pants. Since discovering Charlie by ESSKA I have enjoyed wearing these wonderful sandals, applying my Charlotte Tilbury lip cheat and feeling glamorous

My aim in life is to own Charlie in every colour! These are the most fabulous most comfortable shoes I have ever owned - they are stylish funky and different to all the other styles around - they go with EVERTHING The customer service is phenomenal I have had so much help locating a pair of shoes in platinum It was like having a personal shopper!! Thankyou :)
