        Due to a boiler problem, I called them late at night. They were extremely helpful and tried to help me solve the problem over the phone. After looking at the photos I had sent, they explained what was happening. They were very kind to help me even though there was no payment. It looks like a great business. I would definitely call KIM Plumbing & Heating again if I had a boiler problem.
