My husband and I have had a great experience with Bortwicks. We rented a flat from them for three years and the renting throughout this period was stress-free. They have been outstanding agents, thorough and dedicated and really cared about our wellbeing while living in the property. Paul and Hugh, who were our main contacts, were always willing to help us. I would highly recommend this estate agency, the service they provide is outstanding and I will definitely call upon Borthwicks again if I return to Chiswick in future.

I dont know if this is an agency or a circus. I did call to arrange a viewing and the guy pretend to dont hear me. I called again, same story. After 4 calls, the guy told me to stop calling them because they couldnt hear me. So, I said to him that Im calling because I wanted to ask few questions about the property. He told me to write an email with questions. Now my question is: why when I said that, he could suddenly hear me? Its sound like a joke to me. Fair enough, I wrote the email with the question and after 1 minute I got the reply: this flat is not suitable for you because has no lift. I never asked any lift, I didnt make any question about it. He just didnt want to deal with me. Very unprofessional. I cant recommend this agency at all.
