After struggling with uncomfortable back pain for a few days, I went to Nadia for osteopathic and holistic massage therapy. I can only say she worked magic! She knew where the tension and pain points were before I even said anything. I left feeling great and will definitely be back again!

Had an amazing holistic massage with Nadia today. My shoulders, neck and jaw were so stiff and painful and she worked wonders. Ive been going to osteopaths, chiropractors and massage therapists for 15 years and Ive never felt so much relief from a single session before! Highly recommend and will be booking again!

Nadia has always been providing the best level of therapy during all of the sessions. She is able to identify all possible causes throughout the chain and has a holistic approach. She is very kind and helpful when providing tips about stretches to do in own time. Her traction techniques are very safe and effective as well as spinal manipulation and vertebral repositioning.
