Can't even build it. One of the pieces is wrong, 1 piece is missing with one that shouldn't even be in it in its place. Fairly quick next day response from customer service to tell me they won't help.

Au bout de deux semaines dutilisation, ce dernier prsentait des marques dusures anormales: le sac se troue spontanment par endroits. Comme nous navions pas conserv le ticket de caisse, la marque REX LONDON a refus de nous rembourser notre achat malgr les photos probantes que nous leur avons envoy. Ces produits sont des arnaques, je vous les dconseille fortement.
