Nothing is ever too much trouble or any question too detailed. Believe me I am very fussy and the time and attention that their customer service has spent on me is bar none. Their quality control is the best that I could ask for, which believe me I have checked and it is very thorough. I order products from them sometimes never having tried them before but I know without hesitation that they are going to be the best that you can find.
