I've had a few rowing machines over the years. Usually I just buy cheap ones that last a couple of years. This time I decided to spend a bit more and get a waterrower! It's been a great decision so far! Quality build and feels like it will last year's! Hopefully judging by other reviews I will be able to maintain this one for years! Will update after a year if I remember.

Excellent build quality, attractive to look at, quiet, comfortable to sit on and a joy to use. My only criticism is that the accuracy of the monitor is not great. Sometimes it reads a ridiculously high Strokes Per Minute (37+) when you are just warming up and can take 30 seconds to a minute to settle down to a more realistic value. Plus when you start speeding up it can take 20 - 30 seconds to adjust the display to the new speed. Pretty sure this could be fixed with a firmware update. However, this is not worth taking a star off because it is such a great piece of kit.

the water rower uk team have been absolutely phenomenal from the beginning of my original enquiry into their product line and throughout my customer journey a big plus with this company over rivals: the after-care support is second to none (a big thank you to ally and simon for their efforts in assisting me with the S4 club model and for offering to help me in person, which was sincerely appreciated) the product itself is well constructed, solid, and i am sure it will last many years with a little care and maintenance no hesitation recommending the product itself and would definitely say the customer service is a stand-out compared to other companies i have encountered. water rower truly value and appreciate their customers and that is a rarity these days.
