As a local, Ive used this store for a couple of years and not had any issues, I tend to take a bulk of plain white work shirts and not had issues with the cleaning service. However, I recently submitted an expensive linen jacket, and upon collecting the jacket, one of the sleeves had either been burnt with a product or has had bleach accidentally spilt on it. Frustratingly I had spent 45 on alterations a few weeks earlier on the same jacket at the same place. When I took the jacket in, the owner refused to acknowledge he had damaged the jacket and didnt accept any responsibility whatsoever. Also submitted with the jacket was a shirt which was also damaged, again, a bleach-like stain. His lack of acknowledgment or owning up to it, to a customer thats been attending the place for years was pretty poor. If you have an expensive item to dry clean, do not trust this place. Take your goods to somewhere more reputable.
