        The owner went above and beyond to help me to remove a security tag on an item which had been bought online and refused to take payment which was such a kind gesture. They have fixed zips as well as laundered delicate items of clothing for me and I have been very happy with the outcomes in all cases. Lovely staff and they offer a great service.
