Sent one T-shirts and a hoodie to be dry cleaned. Came back smaller than original. It also looked like it had been left in a pile for days as came back with bits/dust bunnies which could be seen easily on a black jumper so I had to lint roller it on return.

STAY AWAY, Id rather risk using my washing machine: COWBOYS!!!!!!! Sadly I used this dry cleaners after my husband bought me a jumper for Christmas which I only got the opportunity to use once after they shrunk it. It had a tiny little mark so understandably I decided to take it to them as I couldnt do it at home- thinking they were professional- how wrong I was!!!! When I say shrunk, I mean like from a 48 chest down to roughly a 40. Im not sure how it was even possible they could make such a significant mistake on a basic thing. It would have turned out better if I did it at home to be completely honest as I would have taken more care: traders have a responsibility of care under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. My jumper was from Versace and I paid 1190 for it, once they shrunk it I gave them the opportunity to replace it - it had recently gone into sale for 535 so I thought that was a fair option especially as the law states that they are responsible to cover what you paid for the item- but after a long back and fourth they decided to give me 300. By then it had gone back up to full price. So Im out of pocket by 890 and a jumper Im allowing my dog to sleep on as thats all its good for now. That or a dish cloth!!!!!! I know its a first world problem and I will get over it but it hurt more as it was a gift, I tried to be nice allowing them to replace it at half the price instead of taking them to small claims. IF THEY DO THIS TO YOU. Take them to small claims - THEY SHOULD NOT GET AWAY WITH IT!!!! Service: Organic dry cleaning

To be honest, just stay away. Some times comes back with more staines than they go with. They use a un trained third party for the dry cleaning service then dont take the blame when things go wrong.
