Registration was easy enough but then the problems started. The online booking system was down, couldn't get through the phone...and via email were told repeat prescriptions from our previous practice would be renewed but then was put in a position to argue with Dr Spencer-Lane and essesncially bag for a blue asthma inhailer. Putting someone's life in danger because you have "guidelines" that mean something used in emergencies is not dispenced is just dangerous.

They lost my swap and after 10 days they asked me to go back again and do it. They referred me for an ultrasound and when called the hospital they never had me referred. I went to an appointment and in the record they wrote I had no fever but they never asked if I had or they checked. They call me to prescribe me antibiotics but they never explained to me what that was for despite asking This place is a nightmare. Makes me feel hopeless
