        Nobody responds to your email for 3 weeks, you call, get left on hold for 15 minutes. The lady tells you to ring the same doctor but next door because they have 2 receptions, she is incapable of emailing you the contact details because its outside her scope to be helpful.

        We cant book an appointment at all. They always fully booked or ask me to call only 8 to 9am. Even for my baby daughter. Terrible service. Honestly, no service.
