UPS Acton

Simply avoid and do the world a favour by spreading the word. I wish I knew. I came across them as a result of Royal Mail's strike and I had to send an urgent package to Europe. Everything about UPS is dysfunctional and the nightmare started immediately after the payment. To add insult to injury, they lost the package. Their staff are careless and have been trained to lie. One star is too much but we have no choice. AVOID UPS!

Do not even deserve one star. Was home all day. Took a day off actually to receive my Amazon order, and I just got an email saying there was a delivery attempt an hour ago and nobody was home. They dont call, they have no idea how to use intercoms. I called their call center 3 times and they told me the would call the warehouse to arrange a delivery today but the warehouse never called. This is disgraceful service. I hope they go bankrupt. This is no way to treat paying customers.

you don't even deserve a star! Worst company with poor customer service! Had a message saying my parcel is delivered to the reception, it was closed all day how could you get it to delivered?? Ended up I had to search around the property and still I couldn't find my parcel! Now my parcel is gone missing and I suppose to receive a call from the depot and I'm still waiting!!!
