Went to take a Costa coffee (latte) it was coming hot water and I asked the guy at the till to come and have a look because the coffee machines not working. He start telling me that they dont give free coffee and that the latte its made with hot water in the mean time with a bad attitude and rude behaviour!!
.. ridiculous!
You cant talk like that to a customer, nobody mention free coffee and it doesnt even make any sense!!! I only told him theres something wrong with the machine. Ive got plenty experience of coffee etc and I think they should train their staff basics fro the products they sell.
