        Terrible company, i have been running a garage for years never come across such a terrible company to deal with! Rude customer service! Parts handlers have terrible english also rude and dont know anything about parts. They alwasy say i will call back and never do. People dont use vale autos even if its for a screw. Also they 5stars they are getting is their friends and family as i know each of them so dont be fooled. This customer is the worst

        Unhelpful! Mostly older guys in this parts shop; look down at you because they assume you dont know anything about cars. Went in for an interior beauty light bulb for my van. Why do people/business treat customers like this goodness knows.

        Disgusting experience with this theft people... I returned a item cost me 33 and they refund me for 25 said ia because if the vat. Completely DIRT and doggy... Avoid them as much as possible for own experience. NEVER AGAIN
