Wonderfully welcoming Yoga Centre for total beginners (like me) to full blown yoga masters. Food for the soul to start the day; I always leave feeling physically and mentally invigorated.

Cannot recommend this team highly enough. Such caring professionals who really take time to personalise your program. Always thinking of you as an individual and the best path for you. Ive only been learning yoga a few months and in such a short time I have really changed my perception of what I might be capable of thanks to the team. For me - a complete world apart from learning yoga at a commercial gym. Such a lovely atmosphere and great support. Second to none. Thank you so much to my friend who recommend me to Ashtanga yoga Essex in the first place - life changing.

Been practicing at AYE for just over a year now and I look forward to every practice I do. Knowing that Mikey, Jo and the amazing teachers have your best interest at heart. Always friendly faces and warm welcomes from the teachers and students where you feel encouraged and supported practicing Ashtanga yoga. Thank you AYE for being there.
