        Dawns classes are truly magical. They are intuitive, heartfelt, authentic and you leave feeling restored with a sense of peace. dawn has a wonderful way of tuning in to what the body needs and honouring that space. I love her work. I aways feel better mentally and physically after a class with Dawn

        Would highly recommend both the Saturday pregnancy yoga classes with Dawn and the pregnancy workshop with Dawn and Claire. The space they create is a positive, non judgemental, relaxing and encouraging one, allowing you to truly take time out to relax and connect with yourself and baby and prepare yourself mentally and physically for whats ahead. I always leave the studio feeling more informed and relaxed.
