        Having taken a 50% deposit from my elderly mother in February 2020 with a promise to make contact when the fireplace was ready..no response. My mother followed up with Marc throughout and after lockdown when she received a generic message that his company had not survived the pandemic. On doing the relevant checks with trading standards and citizens advice- Marc you ARE still trading. Thinking you can use this pandemic to EXPLOIT an honest customer out of her pension is appalling and shows your true lack of character and integrity. My family and i will not tolerate such behaviour and you will be pursued legally for this money if you do not return what you have unrightfully taken. Shocking behaviour. If anyone was planning on using Marc or this company DO NOT!!
