Superb firm to have do my windows, Lee was very professional and friendly, kept me up to date on the progress from coming round to measure to ordering to coming back round to fit, excellent communication. They worked hard to get it all done in one go and again were friendly, polite, kept everything clean and tidy as they worked I wouldnt hesitate to use this firm again and would highly recommend UK Home Solutions to anyone. From the moment I spoke to Lee through to the completion by Roy and Rob this job has been faultless. Lee arrived on time to complete the estimate, which although not the cheapest was very fair. Again Roy arrived bang on schedule to complete the survey and then again with Rob to fit them. The whole company were very professional, keeping me up to date with what was happening throughout. The fitting was excellent and very clean. I couldn't be happier. Thank you very much gents. I will definitely be using your services again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. We were reccommended UK Home Solutions by our neighbour who had used them. We were very impressed from start to finish with Lee and the team- taking the time to check that we got exactly what we wanted, multiple visits, strong communication, showing samples. Lee's quality experience makes it a smooth and stress free experience. We enquired in September, and by December had the new windows and door fitted. Prices are reasonable and quality of the windows is top tier. The fitters Ray and Simon were equally as friendly and experienced, finishing early and leaving the place tidy.
