For those suffering with hair loss, the need to be treated with dignity, empathy and kindness is imperative. This Salon delivers these in bucket loads. Francesca and Matthew offer a safe environment to investigate alternative hair solutions and do so with a deep understanding of what will work and how to overcome various obstacles. They have many alternative hair solutions on offer, can help you via zoom if getting there is difficult and bend over backwards to help. They also try to make things as financially pain less as possible. Can not recommend this salon enough .

What an amazing place. I have been a wig wearer for 6 years and looked for years for somewhere to go to purchase a wig, along with help, advice and someone to trim the wig if needed and to get the closest experience of going to a hairdresser..this is it. Francesca and her husband Matt are amazing. Francesca goes out of her way to advise, put you at ease as its quite a daunting thing to have to purchase a wig but I felt like I had known her for years. Her knowledge on wigs is amazing. Her husband Matt is the hairdresser and he has done a lovely cut on my new wig, I feel it personalises the wig to have it trimmed and Matts expertise was second to none. This will be my go to place from now on. Cant recommend them both enough for the experience they have created.
