Outstanding service and support from James at Rocburn. He couldn't have done more to help, ensuring I got hold of the right spare parts I needed to fix our 10 year old TV bed. Service like this is rare, but immensely appreciated.

Exemplary service from Matt at Rocburn. Supplied us with a TV lift which seemed to have some unexplainable fault. Trust prevailed and I was sent a free replacement item, without returning the original as the packaging had gone. Replacement arrived so packaging reused to return the original. Wrong parcel collected from our premises so Matt has now organised another collection and is sending back the wrong box. That doesn't happen very often! Thanks again for such exceptional service.
