        Jason has supplied and serviced our two softeners for many years. We also source our salt through him. On the one occasion the newer machine developed a fault - the result of an isolated manufacturing defect - he attended promptly and the repair was done under warranty. And when we move and need another softener? No prizes for guessing who we'll be calling.
