My first impressions were that I was being spoken to in a patronising way when I outlined the problem, but that could have been me.
When Mr Westoby met and dealt with my wife he ran down the previous company's work, stating that he 'wouldn't have done it in that way'. Yet, they have been in business for many years, offering as my wife told him a thirty year guarantee when he mentioned his own of ten years. My wife also considered his attitude to be patronising as well. She has been in business for a long time. Mr Westoby might benefit from a change of attitude.
