I witnessed staff members moving items on the 2p machine backwards (even saw a customer go away to get coins, staff immediately came through the machine they were on and moved the prizes back, to which she returned and questioned them and they said they thought she left...) It felt like staff were constantly walking around, checking to see if items were too close to the edge and if so, the machine was opened and prizes moved. The prizes were never close to tipping over. I also won a teddy in a grab machine, as the tag on the teddy got caught on the claw. Staff came over (was nice and understanding about the situation) and handed me the teddy. They then took it back to drop in the collection hole. I asked why and he said "so the machine can reset so you can't win again" and walked off. I know it's a business and they are there to make profits but it feels like most games are not down to luck or chance, but more about getting maximum profits. This all really took the fun away from the visit!

Decent variety of old and new arcade games, definitely more profit based rather than luck, which makes it very hard to win at anything! But a nice little day out!
