Don't purchase a car from John 9it will brake down within 3 months and he won't take the vehicles back! Purchased a Ford focus from this man, within a week the car was making a strange noise. Turns out the exhaust bracket was broken and swinging around. Also within this time the battery died. I phone this garage as this is were I bought it from and we arranged for me to get a new battery and the bracket repaired. This was very helpful. Until I drove over a speed bump (not fast at all) and the bracket broke again. When I phoned he said well Speed bumps are inevitable, bring it down and I'll fix it. However I didn't want it fixed I wanted to return the unsafe car and get my money back. To which John laughed in my face and broke his own binding contract that states he would take the car back if it was unsafe. Now I've had further garages list off the faults that are also wrong with the car. And deemed it unsafe to drive. I'm still within my 3 months warranty but John will not take my car back as he said it's fit to drive. The most reason experience with my vehicle is dropping my son off at school and getting back in to a engine management light the snowflake saying the cars frozen over. The indicators don't work the engine lights on the warning lights on. And I've had the car 3 months! It's not right that he won't take the car back and I don't think he did because he knew full well all this other stuff would go wrong with the car! I've now spent more money than the car is worth on repairs and brake down recovery. And now will be forking out for a solicitor to deal with this situation.
