I didnt actually purchase a car in the end but their service is top class. I was given a car by a relative in the end and they refunded me my deposit and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone easy to talk with and good communication skills.

Unfortunately the after service appears to be awful, we bought a fiat 500x from here and a week or so later we realised there was no jack kit in the boot. When I called up they tried to say it didnt need one as it has tyres with sealant in them. When I said there was a tyre in the boot they then asked me to take pictures and send them. I did this and heard nothing back, 3 weeks later I emailed again, still nothing? I messaged again on Facebook and again nothing when it shows as seen. For the sake of a 50 jack kit when weve paid 10k for the car its worrying that they ignore it, Im glad its not something more expensive as Im not confident theyd repair/replace at all. Would not recommend buying a car from here. Also we were very surprised when the logbook come through with 5 previous owners, this was not mentioned before.
