Route 1 Car Sales

Would have given 5 stars,have been using route one for about the last 10 years purchased 3 cars and spent about 15 thousand,a few months ago i purchased a fiesta which is a nice car ,however shortly after owning i dicovered the alarm didnt seem to be working i advised route one of this and they said they would contact the previous owner to see if he could give any advice which he could not,route one then said there is nothing they can do,in my mind in the cars selling advert it said it had a perimeter alarm ,i think it poor they have declined my offer to have a look at it at my home or they could pick up,it may only cost a few pound's to repair but they are not bothered,i think if route one read this it is a fair review on what has happened ,i wonder if i discovered it not working in the showroom before handing over 4500 it would have been sorted if i said i need that repairing before i buy.

Great experience from start to finish. Both genuine guys, no pressure on you to buy, and open and honest. Would definitely recommend and would return if we were looking to buy again in the future.
