Bought a car from here the man let me take it for a test drive an I noticed a noise and the break peddle was a bit hard the man said he was taking the car to have a mot the next day an all problems would be sorted which was obviously a doodgy mot. I collected the car a week later the man said everything was done on it so I took it away. A week later I notice there's a banging noise again so my friend looked over the car and found that one of the wheels is illegal the drop links had to be changed and the steering rake was broken. So I went back to the gentleman an he made out he knew nothing about the problems an he would take it back to the garage an get his mechanic to look at the car but if its not mot worthy then it won't be fixed an when the steering rake was mention he said that's not dangerous. I will never buy a car from here or take it to the garage where this man takes h his cars I went somewhere else to have the problems fixed as I now I can trust the people to fix all the problems an make sure the car is safe for my son to go in.

I did an excellent deal in this stand, I bought a Mercedes classic model car, it's been a year without any problems until today. I advise you to look for a car in this stand.

I bought my first ever car from Victoria Cars In October 2021. It was a Kia Picanto in lovely condition. I had looked around everywhere and been disappointed everywhere I went... then someone recommended Victoria cars and I popped in. The guys there couldnt of been more helpful and showed me lots of cars that would suit my requirements. I bought the picanto a couple of days later and its now March 2022 and I still love it. Its such a reliable little runner and gets me to work all over Essex. I had one small initial issue with it that couldnt have been foreseen and the guys at the car showroom arranged to pick it up, sort it out and return it back in perfect condition. I was really impressed at how well they dealt with it and how quickly too. I will definitely go back when Im ready for my next car and cant recommend them enough! Bella Louise
