I was booked in for 5 people at 7pm today 26th July. My friend went past and saw signs in the window saying new management coming soon. I got a confirmation text yesterday and yet its shut!!! Their facebook page was taken down while I was viewing it, I tried calling and eventually the phone was answered by a builder who said I should have been contacted but I never received a call or text. Very poor customer service and thank goodness Gambero in Rayleigh have come to the rescue.

We had a truly memorable time at this restaurant the food was beautifully presented and the overall ambience was relaxed and nothing was too much trouble ! I have been there on many occasions and the waiting staff are friendly and so hospitable. I must mention one particular waiter Amir who if he is not now should he made a manager at this restaurant as he looks after every aspect of the running of the restaurant so that the customers receive a good service and everything runs smoothly. I will definitely be back with friends to enjoy.
