        Customer service from Sarah at Cartridge People was brilliant. They accepted the return and refund of 3 toner cartridges which I had ordered in error even with one of them having been opened.

        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They took my money and 11 days later there is still no contact about when my order will be dispatched. They are not responding to emails and their phone number comes up as an invalid number. I'm contacting my payment provider to raise a dispute.

        We are still waiting for goods ordered and paid for several months ago. Phone doesn't get answered, messages left don't get responded to. I think this company is a scam and we have reported them to our bank. DONT BUY FROM THEM !!

        Very helpful and friendly. They didn't have my item in stock, so I called them and they ordered it for next day collection or delivery. Couldn't have asked for better service. Will definitely be using again and recommending!xx
