Failed to turn up to original appointment. Received a text message from Ross 6 hours later to rearrange for the following day (No apology for wasting my day) On arrival, bad attitude, tried to explain what I needed and would have appreciated some help. Very unhelpful, wouldn't tile around a toilet???? confused at that! Also thought that would be my choice and not his? Don't know if he is good value for money as I told him to leave it given his bad attitude. The one thing I knew was that I didn't want him back in my property carrying out the work due to his bad attitude and unhelpfulness.
