Thai Massage -Tok Sen Massage **Professional masseuse only, inappropriate requests will not be responded to**

Eleven months ago I developed something similar to frozen shoulder. For the first four months I went to see a physiotherapist every two weeks. During this time there is a little improvement but it was very very slow. I then went to see a consultant shoulder surgeon who said I definitely needed a total shoulder replacement. I then went and saw another shoulder consultant who said I didnt need a shoulder replacement. He said I could try hydrodilation or if that didnt work I could try a capsular release operation. Alternatively he said I could do nothing and it was quite possible that given time, maybe another year or two, it would sort it self out. At this point in time I still had very restricted shoulder movement. A friend suggested I try a Thai massage so that is what I did. I saw Lin and had a massage concentrating on the bad shoulder. She was very professional and seemed to know what she was doing. This massage helped but there was still a long way to go before I had full range of shoulder movement and Lin suggested that I try a Tok Sen massage on the bad shoulder. Following the Tok Sen massage there was an immediate very significant improvement in my range of shoulder movement and then over the following couple of days there was even more improvement which put the range of movement in my bad shoulder almost comparable with my good shoulder. I could not believe how dramatic the improvement was from this one Tok Sen massage. Thank you very much Lin.

Well what can I say about Lin? This Lady is without doubt, the very best Massage Therapist I have ever had the pleasure to have visited and I will go nowhere else, now I have found her. I have used physiotherapists, sports therapists and various yoga type exercises over the years to relieve my back pain, with varying results. After spending a month in Thailand a few years ago I realised that Genuine Thai Massage was so much more beneficial when done correctly. Lin not only knows her job very very well, but the techniques she employs are done so respectfully and professionally, making you feel so comfortable. Lin is one of just 2 I have found in the whole of East London & Essex area to be this good and the other one did not have Lins amazing personality that makes you feel so important as a client. While I breath oxygen and live in Essex, I will look no further than Lin, as I have been practically pain free for over a year now, Ive been seeing Lin at least once a month. Jayson
