My Virtually Limited

I have worked with MV since it's creation and have yet to find a more efficient IT company. Fast and friendly service with many issues being managed over the phone or by logging into my PC straight away. (None of this "log a ticket through a web portal and wait 2 days for a reply from the wrong department then wait for another reply by someone who can't help you" mullarky). Great personal service is so important with IT as we rely so much on it and Simon and his team are super efficient without charging the usual 'mad' London City prices. You can't go wrong with them and would heartily recommend them for any business of any size or type.

Our company has had the pleasure of working with the team at My virtually since November 2013. Simon Thomas and his team have provided multiple IT services, including the following :- A complete overhaul of our IT infrastructure. Web hosting. Day-to-day IT support. General IT consultancy services. The IT input to our disaster recovery and business continuity plans. I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by My Virtually. The guys at My Virtually have been so patient and helpful. My computer at work stopped working due to a virus and Simon talked me through what to do and gave me some tips as to what to do for the future eg using different anti-virus software. I would definitely recommend them any businesses of any size. Thank you for your IT support My Virtually!!!
