        Disgusting as others said. Booked a taxi for certain time and repeated 3-4times. He sent it asap. Driver told me he would sort it. No taxi came. Called them again and i was told i have to wait 20 minutes in the snow. When asked for their complaint procedure was told to call again. When the driver arrived he was perfect but rest was horrible.

        I only put 1 star as wasnt an option to add no stars. Awful service. When phoned was told 10 - 30mins, when cab didnt arrive after 30 mins called again and was told another 20 mins - with no explanation. After nearer 20 mins called again automated response said description of car would be with us in 3 mins - when that time passed called again - automated response said with you shortly - when through to operator who told me they are still waiting for one to become available. Never again will I use their service. No apology given either.
