London Black Cab Transfers

Booked an airport transfer online was told it would be confirmed within 2 hours, which is fine. What isn't fine was the sarcastic, unprofessional response from the booker by the name of Gary - "Sorry we need more than 3 minutes notice for pickups from Heathrow." Well, Gary, it's more than 24 hours notice, but this is the attitude I've come to expect from black cab drivers. It wreaks of entitlement and of people who've had it too good for too long. Long live Uber.

Used recently for my wedding car. The service was great. Gary was very friendly and extremely helpful. Everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend using!

I booked this service for my wedding car. Gary was amazing. So friendly, helpful and very punctual. It really made our day that but extra special with the white ribbons and the very hand white umbrella the weather took a hit if a turn. I would definitely recommend a black cab for a wedding. The extra space is really handy if you have a fuller dress. A brilliant service all round.

We booked taxis for our wedding in London in March 2023. Gary and his team couldn't have been more helpful - great communication, and the taxis arrived and took us to the ceremony exactly as planned. Couldn't recommend more!
