Tried booking a cab but they were all booked up , as I dont take cabs often I didnt know if you have to book once through the app and it puts you in a queue or if you have to book every 5-10 min or so hoping for a available car. I kept booking every 10 min and they called me it was a women who was very rude and asked me why I keep booking it and what I dont understand in them being full, when I told her she doesnt need to be rude she told me that shes not gonna book me a cab n hang up . Very very rude and unprofessional, wouldnt recommend

Booked a taxi driver arrives got into the taxi and left quickly put my seat belt on as I stood up out of the taxi my trousers at the bottom was wet and when got in I could notice the wet and a strong smell of alcohol so someone before my pick up must of knocked over alcohol and not told the driver about it

Always arrive quickly, polite and helpful when booking. Edit, last experience wasn't good. Extremely rude and patronising woman on the phone. Seems to be a theme judging by the many similar negative reviews.

Poor service ordered a taxi arrived 30 mins late no explanation given canvey needs a new cab firm
