Had a really bad experience here. Went to Sartoria for tailoring a wedding suit from Next. The suit wasnt tailored in house and was sent off for tailoring. When collecting it David made upsetting comments about the suit, saying it was garbage and dumpster worthy. He also made several comments about my weight. This is the first suit Ive had tailored and since its for my wedding I was really disappointed in the way I was made to feel. We tried to speak to David afterwards about his comments and he was very aggressive.

Firstly, what a truly lovely gentleman David is, and first class customer service, he knows exactly what hes talking about, David altered two off the peg suits for my partner Joe, by the time he had finished, those suits looked like they had been made from scratch, a perfect fit :) . What a fantastic service and gentleman David is. Thinking I had left it to late to purchase a tailored suit for my wedding I popped into Sartoria Boutique expecting to be told it was to short notice. However, David could not have been more reassuring and supportive in making sure I received a fantastic 3 piece suit. David took on board everything I wanted and added his knowledge, expertise to make sure I felt and looked perfect for the big day. Would highly recommend David for his tailoring but more so for personal touch when working with customers.
