Paul is great, friendly, patient and very informative. I have really got my confidence up with cold open water swimming, can't recommend enough!

Would highly recommend if you are interested in giving open water swimming a go. We had an hour 2:1 lesson and found Paul to be friendly and very knowledgeable and he made us feel at ease. We have since been out on our own and are hoping to go out on a regular basis. Its cold, but so worth it!.

I thoroughly enjoyed learning to swim front crawl with Paul. Great teaching which is fun and informative. My technique has improved but importantly I feel more competent and safer in the water. Paul will teach you about tides and cold water safety which is vital if you want to swim in open water safely. I would highly recommend the front crawl package of four lessons

Paul hosted a sunset swim session after yoga on the beach. It was a blustery old evening but somehow that added to the charm! Paul was calm and reassuring and offered excellent advice to the group, in particular more nervous swimmers who had not been in the sea before, coming in the water with them and helping them regulate their breathing. It was a fantastic session and I highly recommend Pauls services. Thank you!

Brilliant, fully recommended. If you have an interest in trying open water swimming then give Paul a call. Very knowledgable and great advice given. I really enjoyed my first open water swim and looking forward to continuing.
