Really nice to shop at this store in Leigh on Sea. Its a nice big store and pleasant staff. Can really relax when doing my shopping.

I was second in the queue while a female member of staff stood behind the cashier complaining constantly about her job! The cashier kept turning around to agree with her, therefore ignoring the customer she should have been serving. This went on until it was my turn to be served, just constant moaning. Why do staff members think its okay to do this openly in front of customers?. Bearing in mind we're choosing to spend our money at Iceland, they should be representing it in a positive way, not complaining about it!
