        Ill be writing to Hermes - this shop does not regard people dropping off and picking up parcels as customers but presumably gets paid for providing the poor service. Arrogant, rude and odious - the Hermes drop off in the Broadway is far better and thats where Ill be going in future!

        Very rude and terrible service. Informed me that we only makes 0.10 from a parcel and can't be bothered. Let other customers go in front of me because I only had a parcel to drop off and told me to go somewhere else.
