Visited this store today and I have never experienced such a rude owner (Im guessing she is the owner). She was extremely unhelpful, blunt and unfriendly. I asked her politely if I could borrow a pen to write something on my postage receipt but she wouldnt let me, and I had to ask her 4 times until she finally did. She also says that you have to put the parcels in the bag at the end of the till yourself, which is a bit of a struggle if you have 3/4 and only 1 pair of hands! She was quite happy to watch me struggle. I actually said to her at the time that she was extremely rude and she responded by saying shes got a shop to run and the tills - well I suggest you stop being tight with money, hire some staff and stop being so bloody rude.

The women there is rude stole money off me. They also sold me out of date food and wouldn't refund me my money. Iv stopped going there aswell as I wanted to pay for some alcohol. There was a man who let me in front of me and the man shop owner said I am only spending ten pounds which is why he let me in front of me like its not good enough, so I told him I'll go else where I wouldn't recommend this shop at all just an awful place

I have never been in a shop where the person serving is so unhelpful and rude. Reading some other posts it seems as though I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with the lady who runs this shop. Being polite does not hurt anyone and manners cost nothing. It is a shame as it is a handy local shop but I would rather go further afield than use this shop again.
