By 5.5 months we needed help, when we would finally get him to sleep and be able to put him down (this could take anywhere from 1-3 hours) he would wake every 45-60 mins, not be able to get through sleep cycles and need to be breastfed or rocked back to sleep. It was hell. He was overtired & found it harder to get back to sleep and we were exhausted.
With Lucys help we were able to gradually drop the associations and work on getting Frankie to fall asleep by himself. Lucy has fantastic experience and knowledge and after a few phone calls & messages with her tips and tricks - we noticed a difference straight away. Within a few weeks of gradually getting to a point where he wasnt being fed to sleep, he begun to have longer stints (still only 2-4 hours but to us, that was incredible).
One week later of sleep training (sleep was getting better and longer by the day), Frankie slept through the night 7:30-7:30! He is now put down in his cot fully awake and he is able to get himself to sleep and sleep through the night! If you had told me 2 months ago that he will be able to go to sleep by himself, sleep through the night and nap for longer than 20 minutes - I wouldnt of believed you. Thanks to Lucy, he gets proper restorative sleep and is so much happier (as are we!). We cant thank her enough!!
